THESE ARE JUST A FEW FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT DO I RECIEVE

Your Wedding images will be professionally edited in house and provided as High resolution Jpeg files in both colour and B&W - These are yours to keep without any restrictions. These will arrive on USB in a beautifully crafted wooden gift box. You will also receive a link to a private online gallery to share with friends and family and a password protected Photo Slideshow.

CAN I HAVE THE RAW FILES

Our editing style is a major part of what we offer and what we pride ourselves on. We believe thats it's important to provide you with high resolution Jpeg images to share, print and enlarge. The RAW files however are just a part of getting to that final product and are not shared with the client. 

HOW LONG DO I WAIT FOR MY IMAGES

The typical turn around time is about 4 weeks.

WHATS THE MOST POPULAR PACKAGE

Our most popular package is our 6 hour Day - Generally starting with the Bride preparations and finishing about an hour into reception.

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR A FAMILY PHOTO LIST

This ensures that this part of the day runs smoothly, and is super time efficient. If this takes longer than expected we lose out on time with just the two of you. A list is also handy as people generally forget that we don't actually know anyone at your wedding and will never presume what anyone's family dynamic is. As a guide, start with the Brides side and then the Grooms side - We normally advise to keep the list to around 15 or so and any others we can grab later in the day. After about 15 we always see the Bride and Groom start to lose interest. 

Providing us with the Family photo list is a super important part of the planning process.

DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE

For the majority of the day we're there to document, help, and support you on your Wedding day. At times, like Family Photo we will be a little more vocal and co-ordinating to ensure its a smooth process. We're also super chilled and calming for your bridal party and couple session. 

IS THIS YOUR FULL-TIME JOB

Yes. Really common question, Wedding photography is a large portion of our full-time job that also includes corporate and commercial photography and video. 

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE

We use professional Nikon equipment, have multiple back-up and many lenses for many situations. 

ARE THERE ALWAYS 2 PHOTOGRAPHERS

in 99% of cases there are always the two of us, at times one of us maybe replaced by a trusty assistant.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND ALBUMS

We do! Our Fine Art Albums are pretty amazing, we went quite a few seasons without offering albums as we couldn't find the perfect fit. Now we have, we love them to bits.

WHAT IF WE're UNCOMFORTABLE HAVING PHOTOS TAKEN

I find we get more genuine and real emotion if you're not comfortable in front of the camera - We will help through the process, place you into the best light possible, guide you and really try to capture the love between you both. All we ask is to come to the session ready and willing to connect with each other, not be rushed, not be distracted and we promise you'll have the best time.

HOW DO WE LOCK IN A DATE

We require a $1000 deposit to lock in the date. We don't need you to decide which package until closer to your day. Final Payment is required 6 weeks prior to your Wedding.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE BOOK OUR DATE

Feel free to get in touch and we can grab a coffee/wine and talk about your day - We're here to help. 6-7 Weeks out we will send out a questionnaire and final invoice, we ask that you answer the questionnaire and pay the remaining amount owing at this time.
